When I was little, I saw a running book at the library, and I remember wondering what was so complicated about running. Why is there a book about something so easy to do?
As I grew up a little bit and ran some more, I learned that there is actually quite a lot going on when someone puts on foot in front of the other at high speeds.
I've always been intrigued about how to breath when running. Is there a trick to keeping yourself from running out of breath?
Today I found an interesting article with 7 Key Breathing Tips. I particularly like #6.
Aim to take three footsteps for every inhale, and two footsteps for every exhale (3:2 ratio).
