MacRumors is already making predictions about the iPhone 5. They are hinting at the possibility of an aluminium back replacing try current glass one on the iPhone, which should eliminate the problems with cracking and scratching. They're also talking about an internal antenna to replace the external. This is far less interesting to me, but still pretty cool.
